Cancellation and Refund Policy


When booking any of our courses or programs, we require that you read our Cancellation / Refund policy and check the box confirming you have read, understand and accept our policy. You can not book and checkout unless this is completed.

Refunds are available for course and program cancellations based on the below timelines only. After the specified dates, courses are non-refundable. These timeline conditions are applicable to all requests, irrespective of circumstances.

To cancel your enrolment and request a refund, you MUST notify us via email. The date of your email serves as your formal Notice of Cancellation. Please do not cancel via messaging apps or phone calls.

The policy regarding specific courses is as follows;


Intensive Obedience / Trick Training / Puppy Development Clinic

1. 100% refund if you notify us 2 or more weeks (14+ days) before your scheduled course start.

2. 50% refund if you notify us 8 – 13 days before your scheduled course start.

3. No refunds are available within 7 days of the course start date.

4. You can transfer your enrolment to someone else, provided their dog is suitable for the course / program and meets all prerequisites. Please email us if you are transferring your course / program.

5. We will endeavour to fill your course spot. If successful, we will refund 80% of your fees. Please note that it can be challenging to find replacements on short notice due to the nature of our courses and the preparation that our courses require of us and participants.

6. Requests to change course dates will be treated as cancellations. Your booking will be cancelled and a refund will be issued per our Cancellation Policy. You can then rebook for your preferred dates. We cannot hold funds and change booking dates.


One-on-One Dog Training & One-on-One Preparing for Puppy Training

1. 100% refund if you notify us 24 hours in advance of One-on-One training session.

2. 75% refund if you notify us with less than 24 hours notice.

3. No refunds are available if you do not show up and we are not notified in advanced (no-show).

As with all of our services, extensive planning, staffing considerations and preparation for your canine are required for One-on-One training sessions.


Puppy Stay & Train Program

1. Full payment is required for our Puppy Stay and Train Program prior to us receiving your puppy. Please note buy now / pay later services are available at checkout.

2. Refunds are available for Puppy Stay and Train cancellations minus a $99 fee per puppy (equivalent to one day in program). This fee is necessary due to the extensive planning and consideration that goes into the arrival and daily activities of each puppy.

2. If you need to pull your puppy out before they complete their 28-day stay, we will refund the days remaining minus a $99 fee and any costs incurred that are included in our FULL 28-day program (vaccinations, vet visits).

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. We are not responsible for the processing timelines of banks and payment platforms. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original credit card or payment app used for payment.

Our courses and programs demand thorough planning and dedicated staffing. We intentionally limit participant numbers to guarantee an exceptional experience for our clients. Given the unique characteristics of our courses, which include their length, customisations and pre-attendance preparations required of attendees, providing advanced notice is crucial. This allows attendees to secure their spots, make necessary schedule adjustments, and fully engage in the program.
